What information do we collect?

We collect the anonymous information on how users use our web site and mobile applications. This is done to improve our website, mobile applications and improve advertising relevance for ads which may be shown on our website or in mobile applications. This information doesn’t allow to identify individual users. By using our website or mobile applications you provide consent for us collecting this anonymised information.

When registering on our website you are asked to enter your email. You are also asked to provide your email when using certain parts of our mobile applications. This is done so we could send you newsletters with updates about our services as well as new content we publish. You can decline registering your email with us. This will NOT restrict you from using our services in any way.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To improve our website and mobile applications.

• To send you periodic emails. The email address you provide for registration, will only be used to send you information and updates related to our services.

To improve advertising relevance for ads which may be shown on our websites or in mobile applications.

What health information do we collect in the Android version of BreathNow?

Users may chose to provide the following health information in the Tracker tool of BreathNow: Active Calories Burned, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, Steps, Total Calories Burned.

The Tracker will display this information to may to help users understand what lifestyle changes lead to improvement of their blood pressure and heart rate.

We do not share this information with anyone.

In Android version of BreathNow user health data are encrypted and stored on user devices where BreathNow is installed. If a user decides to delete their health data they need to uninstall BreathNow. This will delete user health data from the device. A user then can install BreathNow app again.

In the future we plan to use user's Android Health Connect account to store their health data. In this case a user will be able to delete their health data directly from their Android Health Connect account. Once this solution is implemented we will notify users.

How do we protect your information?

Our web site is built and hosted on a popular platform Wix.com and our mobile applications are distributed through Apple Appstore and Google Play. These services provide world class data security for their clients.

We take great care in keeping your email addressed totally secure with Wix.com and Google Cloud Storage but we have no responsibility or liability if there is a data breach in any of these platforms. We do NOT keep your emails on our work computers.

We do NOT collect your address or credit card information.

Do we use cookies?

We have not requested any 3rd party services which we use (Apple, Google, Wix) to collect cookies on our behalf. These services may independently chose to collect cookies for their own purposes when you visit their websites. We may start using cookies in the future and if that happens our users will be specifically informed about this.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, i.e. email. Non-personally identifiable user information is shared with Google for analytical purposes so we could improve our website and mobile applications. User health data is not shared with anyone.

Third party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website or within our mobile applications. We clearly identify links to these 3rd party services and our users visit them at their own discretion. These third party services have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked services. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and mobile applications and welcome any feedback about these sites.
